At OnlineShoes, we take pride in delivering to our customers high-quality genuine leather shoes created with utmost care. To ensure you receive a great pair of shoes that meets international standards, each pair goes through several rounds of quality check.
However, in a rare event where you receive a defective or damaged product you can simply exchange it within 7 days from the date of delivery by following the conditions below:
We follow a strict no-return policy. Returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

with clear photos of the issue.
Once your request is verified, we will provide instructions for replacement. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Conditions (if applicable)
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition along with the product tag and accessories in the same packaging as it was delivered. If the product tag/Price tag is removed, we will not be accepting the returns.

- Used or worn products
Refunds
If your case is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
